Their recipes are fantastic, I use them all the time. In fact, I was just in their store in Orgeon and picked up a few excellent supplies (as did the Easter Bunny). My foodie mate recommends Sur La Table as well, she says she thinks their stuff is even better than Williams Sonoma (which is hard to imagine!) but the good news is that SLT ships outside the US, where WS doesn't.
